Food was decent, but the waitstaff prefers to socialize and be on their phones, instead of waiting the tables/checking on tables. We weren't checked on once to see how the food was or if we wanted refills. It's a shame, because the food was decent.
Great "family" owned restaurant for breakfast. Homemade hash browns and American Fries go well with eggs and bacon. The blueberry pancakes are fresh and very good. Try the Breakfast Burrito or the corned beef hash skillet. All are very good at reasonable prices in a friendly spot.
Amazing! If I could give Jerry's 6 stars, I would. The turkey sausage omelette was cooked to perfection. Spinach and red pepper were not overdone. The oatmeal was so tasty! Roasted apples and cranberries were sweet enough that you only needed a sprinkle of brown sugar. Excellent service.
It was our first visit to Jerry's Cafe. They seem to have a lot of business. They serve breakfast and lunch and have a lot of interesting items on the menu. When we entered no one greeted us and we were unsure whether we needed to wait to be seated. Service was slow and seemed very disorganized. Two people were waiting tables. Tables sat dirty for quite a while. We didn't get coffee until our meal came. On the plus side, the food was good. One other thing, they may or may not bring the bill to your table. In any case you have to go up front to pay.
Great little place! Completely unpretentious but clean, staff was excellent. The breakfast was perfect - I had the special of the day: STEAK BENEDICT. Well seasoned, super fresh veggies perfectly cooked, perfectly poached eggs, and crispy hash browns. Very good coffee as well. I'm picky. I don't normally leave reviews. This place gets five stars.
