Outside of not having a full tank of gas even when requested, I have never had any issues renting from this place. The vehicles are always nice and clean and the staff is absolutely amazing. Chris in particular is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel as if my service is appreciated.
I needed a car for family purposes until I had the money to purchase my own. The rates where fantastic and the customer service is exces beyond measure! i would recommend enterprise to anyone in need of a short term vehicle!!
i cant deal with the current manager i found damage on the car before i got it and it wasn't logged in the new tablet device,, he said they was damage after in returned it. i than had to deal with my insurance company and enterprise didn't think it was going quick enough and threatened my with with a collection agency . response from owner is a generic email to customer service, worthless ,nothing getting done about this manager
