Nice clean store. Associates could use some customer service training. Asked for some help and the young man who was working was to busy flirting to take the appropriate measures and give me the assistance I asked for. Was rather disappointed.
Beautiful exterior since they repainted. Store has been under renovations for a few months to install new shelving so some items may be in a different spot the next time you visit. Overall a great one stop shop. Expect self check outs to be prevalent in the early morning versus a standard checkout line...not a drawback unless you have a cart full and need some assistance.
I walked in to return an item. The line was very long so I went to the bathroom and then got back in line. Shortly after and employee approached me asking if I had gotten a sticker for my return items. Because apparently you have to get a sticker put on any item you're returning before you return them to prove that you're returning them. Nobody approached me at the door asking if I was returning anything even though I was clearly holding items in my hand. After I told her this she told me I had to get out of line and walk with her to each door to confirm with the door attendants that I walked in through one of their doors. After both of them said they didn't recognize me walking in, I corrected the second person saying I clearly walk past you and you were too busy talking to an old couple. Again he stood by his ground saying he didn't recognize me. Then the lady that took me out of line told me I had to wait then so they could check the cameras to make sure I actually walked into the store with the items. Never have I ever heard of the store wasting so much time on a $3 item I was trying to return. I definitely do not like the staff at this Walmart and will never be coming back to this Walmart
Not enough registers open due to not enough staff or staff off at 8pm per a staff member. Scan and go completely full with people and lines formed out into walking way same as registers. It's the holiday's, your store is becoming more busy, get the staff you need to run your store better. Other then that I have no problem.
Walmart was clean and well lit. Customer service at check out was actually polite and attentive. They had some trouble scanning things appropriately becuase they were not in the system. Cashier handled it quickly anf promptly.
