3. They have a point-based reward system that doesn't transfer between this location and the Rockford location, which I have a big issue with because if I can't get into the Beloit location during my availability, I usually make an appointment at the Rockford location.
1. It's really hard for me to get an appointment at this place during a time or day that actually works with my schedule,
I get my legs waxed here and the place is peaceful and has a great atmosphere to it. I would have rated this a 4 or maybe even a 5 star experience but have three issues, listed below. If even one of these improved, I would improve the star rating, because the service level at this location is definitely at par.
2. There seems to be a high employee turnover
