I have trusted Mark with my insurance needs for 20+ years. I've always gotten great advice and great policies. I've had to make several claims of all types over the years and never had an issue. Always well covered and things were handled quickly. Senz is the best!
I have attempted to contact my agent Lisa for over a year with no response. I'm paying $278 a month and knew it was too much for no claims in 10 years. My car was damaged in a hit and run. No help from Senz I needed to call Foremost 800#. I get an estimate of $2500 with a $500 deductible and they are only willing to pay $1200 of the damages??!!! Really? So I call another insurance company for a quote using my policy info.. the exact same insurance for $108 a month! So upset. I definitely would never recommend this place!
I called requesting a quote for a classic car 8 weeks ago. The lady that answered the phone took all of my information and said she would get back to me the next day. I have not heard anything from her, so about a week ago I called back and spoke to Mr. Senz himself. He could find no record of me calling, and explained that the girls in the office were off. He took my name and phone number and told me he would personally call me back the following morning. I have not heard from Mr. Senz either. I have chosen to go with a different insurance company. If it is this hard to start a policy could you imagine trying to file a claim.
