Great hotel!!! Staff very friendly especially the manager, Jason. Hotel has a nice pool and hot tub. Right off of i90. Rooms are great and flow less.
In all of my stays, the hot tub has rarely been in service (maybe 20% of the time). I was delighted to see it working this time. Very clean and great temperature, but when I turned the dial to activate the jets, there was no action. Absolutely no jets - just a warm, calm soak.
Very often there is no one at or near the front desk. I dial "0" on the phone, as instructed. Sometimes someone comes, sometimes they don't. This slows down check-in and check-out.
Would give this a 0/5 if we had the option. This was a terrible experience... we were repulsed the minute we walked into our $155/night suite because it smelled so terribly of cat pee!!! We then went to try another room, and it had a horrible overpowering chemical smell to it. The front desk attendant was friendly but not very quick moving, stating he only had 2 hours sleep. We were able to cancel our room and went across the lot to another hotel. We were told to check our credit card in a couple days to ensure there weren't any charges due to the last minute booking and cancellation of the room.
Have stayed here about 15 times in the past 10 years. Overall, a very good place and great value.
Can't give it a zero, can I? Shabby and run down and the breakfast is inedible and prepared by people who should never be allowed to handle food.
My husband and i stayed as gueats overnight to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great time. The staff were kind an accomidating. The beds were soooo comfy an breqkfast was great the pool was clean an decent temp. . was very quiet no noise at all
Pool area was, as always, immaculate and very inviting.
